"I had asked not to be signed up for safe driving. Blake had added me to that discount. Also Blake was just rude and had an egotistical attitude. Apparently he has done his job long enough that he doesn't make mistakes. That alone comes off as an agent I definitely will not do business with. In the end weather I'm right or wrong I'm still a paying customer. As far as how Blake conducted himself completely unacceptable and unprofessional. As a boss Kyle should have told Blake to apologize and make it right with the customer. Totally disappointed and disgusted with the way this was handled by Blake and Kyle. I will definitely be ending my services once the policy is done. I just want to say thank you for not holding your employees accountable and to a higher standard. I'm just glad you were able to show the customer how much you value the business they bring. There is a way of telling the customer bad news in a professional manner and Blake didnt do that."
